Pranayama 7 Day Practice Sequence

This is a series of 7 Pranayama practices designed to help you slowly increase the intensity of your practice as you progress from day 1 to day 7. Once you have completed the full series and are familiar with the practices, you can either continue repeating the sequence or you can just select any of the practices which you would like to use.
