PRACTICE CATEGORIES

Our Asana practices fall into a number of categories and include:

  • Short Yoga Practices - a range of practices which are usually less than 25 minutes long
  • 60 Minute Practices - full one hour practices including warm up, breathing and asana practice
  • 7 Day Practice Sequence - a 7 day sequence which builds up on basic practices each day
  • General Asana practices - there are different length and level asana practices which we recommend are practiced after one of the warm up practices of your choice.

PRACTICE LEVELS

In order to help you select the level of intensity of your practice, the sessions are graded by Level 1, 2 & 3.

Level 1 - these sessions are suitable for all level of practitioners including complete beginners to Yoga and also more experienced practitioners looking for a more gentle practice.

Level 2 - these sessions are slightly more challenging and are suitable for those who have already practiced a little yoga previously or practiced some of our sessions at Level 1

Level 3 - these sessions are more challenging sessions for those who have practiced Yoga more regularly. However, they do not require you to be advanced practitioners!
