In this video, we introduce a technique which is known as Neural Mobilisation and used often in physiotherapy. Through bad posture and injury, our nerves can become compressed in certain areas and this can block the flow of electrical impulses needed for our bodies to function properly. The compression of nerves can also lead to pain and / or loss of feeling or tingling sensations. Through these neural mobilisation practices, we can 'straighten' the nerves to release compression and to enable a better flow of impulses.
