This session gives a brief introduction about how to sit with proper alignment for the practices. It also gives an overview and short practice of natural abdominal breathing which we recommend using during your practice. If you are unfamiliar with either of these topics, we recommend that you watch this session before using any of the Chair Yoga practice sessions.
